Members of the Five Four Rewards Program can earn rewards by presenting either their 54th Street Mobile App VISIT code OR their PHONE NUMBER when purchasing food and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic*) at participating 54th Street/Five Four locations. By spending more, you can move through tiers to earn better rewards!

Program Details

If any information you provide is invalid, inaccurate or incomplete, we may block you, at its sole discretion, from enrolling in the Five Four Rewards program or it may cancel your membership. Limit one membership per person and per email address. We reserve the right to limit the number of people that can enroll in the program at any time.
