- How do I become a Five Four Rewards member?

No, there is no charge or fee to become a member of the Five Four Rewards program.
- Is the Five Four Rewards program available at all 54th Street/Five Four locations?
Yes, the Five Four Rewards program is currently available at all locations.

- What are the Five Four Tiers and how do I know which tier I am in?
While we are still a visit based program, guests will be rewarded more for spending more. The higher you climb, the better the perks.

- How do I know which tier I am in?
When the tier switchover happens, current members will receive an email on which tier they have been placed in. Since the tier change is happening mid- year (2025), the qualifying tier is based on your total spend since JANUARY 1st of 2025.
- How can I move from one tier to the next?
Throughout the year, you can advance tiers as soon as your spend meets the qualifying tier. On January 1st of each calendar year, your spend resets to $0. However, you will be able to keep your same tier for one year because it is based on your previous year total spend. You may advance tiers during the year but will not move down a tier. On January 1st of the following year, you must meet your qualifying spend from the previous year (ending December 31st) to stay in your tier for the following year. If you spend less, you will be put back into a lower tier but can still move up tiers throughout the year. It's more important than ever to always check in or provide your phone number right before check delivery so you get the most out of your membership.
ACCRUING VISIT POINTS, TOTAL VISITS AND REWARD DOLLARS
- What are visit points, total visits and Reward Dollars?
Visit points range from 1-4 and are earned by guests when they visit a location and make purchases on food or drink (min spend $14.00). Total visits track your lifetime visits since registering in the program. Rewards Dollars ($5, $6 or $7) are automatically added to your account each time you accrue 4 visit points.
- How do I accrue visit points and earn Reward Dollars?
On each visit, launch the mobile app and select the ‘Check In’ button or simply use your phone number to accrue a visit. You will need to give your visit code/phone number to the server/bartender during the payment process. Once the server/bartender connects your account to the point-of-sale system and closes the check, you will see your visit point added to your balance. Please note: your check total must meet the minimum spend of $14.00.
Reward Dollars are automatically added to your account each time you accrue 4 visit points.
- Do I have to check in through the mobile app to accrue a visit and earn Reward Dollars?
No, instead of checking in with the app, you can provide your phone number to your server/bartender and your visit point will be accrued at check close.
- If I do not have to check in on the app to accrue a visit and earn Reward Dollars, why should I download the app?
You must download the app to sign up to become a Four Five Rewards member. The registration takes place immediately which allows you to accrue visits/redeem Reward Dollars right away. You can see your current balance of visit points, Reward Dollars and lifetime visits. You can also view your transaction history to make sure your account is accurate.
With the app, you can also place your name on the wait list before dining in with us. You can order online for pickup or delivery, save your favorite and recent orders and accrue visit points/Redeem Reward Dollars for your online order.
- How do I track my accrued visit points and earn Reward Dollars?
Launch the mobile app and select the ‘My Account’ button. You will see your current balance of visit points, Reward Dollars, total lifetime visits and Year to Date Dollar Spend. You can select the history button under “My Account,” to reference the dates you earned visit points/Reward Dollars and earned and redeemed Reward items.
- Do Reward Dollars expire?
Yes. Reward Dollars expire 90 days after receipt.
- Is there anything that I cannot accrue a visit point for?
Yes. Purchases made that do not meet the minimum spend of $14.00 will only count as a “total visit” and not a visit accrual towards earning rewards dollars. The minimum spend is referenced AFTER any Reward redemption or discounts have been applied to the check.
- Can more than one guest accrue a visit point at the same table?
Yes. Ask your server to split the check and if each guest has a registered Five Four Rewards account, each guest may accrue a visit on their own individual check. Each Five Four Rewards member must pay for their own check and give the server/bartender their own visit code/phone number in order to accrue a visit point.
- Can I still accrue a visit point if someone else in my party is paying?
No. The Five Four Rewards member who is paying for the bill is the only one who will accrue a visit point for the transaction.
Rewards Items
- What kind of Reward items can I receive?
Every guest who signs up for the Five Four Rewards program will receive a Welcome Reward and Birthday Reward. The Welcome Reward is a one-time Reward that you will receive when you become an Five Four Rewards member. The Birthday Reward is an annual Reward that you will receive before your birthday. Guests will also receive varying Rewards based on their tier level in the program.
- How do the monthly Free Gringo Dip rewards work in the Veteran and Legend Tier?
The free gringo dip or dips will be added to your account on the first day of each month. There are no rollovers so you will never have more than your tiers qualifying gringo dip during any given month.
- How do I track if I have received any Reward items?
Launch your mobile app and select the ‘My Account’ button. Rewards that you receive will be automatically added and listed in your balance list. If you opted in to receive email notification, you will also receive an email when you have received a Reward.
- Do I need to print my Five Four Reward email that I received?
No. There are no physical items that need to be printed. The email is simply a notification that a Reward Item has been loaded to your account.
- Do Reward items expire?
Yes. Rewards are added to your account with a set time frame and expiration date. Most Rewards are valid for 15 to 30 days. Tap downward arrow to right of Reward to see date of expiration.
Redeeming Reward Items & Reward Dollars
- How do I redeem Reward items and/or Reward Dollars while in restaurant?
Launch your mobile app and select the 'Check In' button. You will need to give your visit code to the server/bartender during the payment process. Alternatively, you can simply provide your phone number on the account. Inform your server/bartender of any Rewards/Reward Dollars you have available and wish to use. Only one reward or reward dollars may be redeemed per visit.
- How do I redeem Reward items and/or Reward Dollars when ordering online?
Launch your mobile app and select the ‘Order Now’ button. Place all menu items into your basket and proceed to checkout. On the ‘Basket’ page, select ‘Apply Rewards’ and all available Rewards/Reward Dollars will show. Select the Reward you would like to use. Only one (1) Reward can be applied to online orders.
If ordering through the website, you will need to select the person icon (mobile) or sign in button (desktop) and enter your email and password. Once signed in, you can apply your rewards on the check out page.
- Is there anything that I cannot use Reward items and/or Reward Dollars for?
Yes. Reward Items/Reward Dollars cannot be used to redeem alcoholic beverages. There are specific laws stating when and how much alcohol can be discounted. However, purchases that are alcohol only can accrue an Five Four Rewards visit point.
- May I redeem a Reward items and/or Rewards Dollars on the same visit?
No. You can't redeem Reward Items and Reward Dollars on the same visit. Please specify to your server/bartender during the payment process what you wish to redeem.
- What if I do not want to use my Reward items and/or Rewards Dollars during my visit?
Your server will ask you after applying your visit code or phone number during the payment process if you would like to redeem your reward. Let them know you wish to NOT redeem your reward/rewards.

I Don’t Know How, I Forgot, What Do I Do?
- What is my Five Four Rewards account username?
If you signed up for the Five Four Rewards program or reset your password in July of 2019, your username is your email address. If you signed up before July of 2019, you had a separate username. If you have forgotten your username, follow the reset password prompt below to retrieve your username.
- I forgot my Five Four Rewards account username or password?
When you are on the login page of the mobile app, there is a ‘Forgot?’ link in the ‘Password’ box. Enter your registered email address into the dialog box that says “email” and click ‘Submit’ to reset your password. You will be sent an email with a link to change your password.
- How do I update my Five Four Rewards account profile?
Launch the mobile app and select ‘Edit Profile’ from the top left-hand navigation on the ‘Home’ page. You will be able to manage most your personal information from this screen. Make sure to select the ‘Save’ button at the bottom to make updates permanent.
- Who do I contact if I have an issue/problem with my Five Four Rewards account?
If you are having an issue/problem with your account, please fill out the ‘Contact 54’ form. Select ‘Five Four Rewards Inquiry’ and fill out all required info. Your request will be addressed within 1-3 business days. You will only be contacted if we need further information.
- I forgot to give my visit code to my server/bartender during my visit; is there any way to still accrue a visit?
Yes, you can receive credit as long as your total guest check is equal or greater than $14.00, after any applied discounts, and you have a receipt dated within the last 30 days. Please fill out the ‘Contact 54’ form. Select ‘Five Four Rewards Inquiry’ and fill out all required info. Your request will be addressed within 1-2 business days. You will only be contacted if we need further information.
- My server did not give me credit for my visit; is there any way to still accrue a visit point?
Yes, you can receive your visit point as long as your total guest check is equal or greater than $14.00, after any applied discounts. Please fill out the ‘Contact 54’ form. Select ‘Five Four Rewards Inquiry’ and fill out all required info. Your request will be addressed within 1-3 business days. You will only be contacted if we need further information.
- My Reward Item expired; can I have it added back onto my Five Four Rewards account?
No. Once a received reward expires, it is no longer valid. Don’t let them get away!
- Why haven't I received my Birthday Reward?
Birthday Rewards are added every Wednesday for the upcoming week to registered Five Four Rewards members who have a birthday in that month. Registered members who sign up one week after their birthday will receive the birthday Reward the Wednesday following their birthday. However, if you register more than a week after your birthday, your Reward will not be added to your account until the following year.
- What do I do if my account profile does not list my birthday?
Unfortunately, you are not able to update your birthday on your account profile. Please fill out the ‘Contact 54’ form. Select ‘Five Four Rewards Inquiry’ and fill out all required info. Your request will be addressed within 1-2 business days. You will only be contacted if we need further information.
- Can I redeem Reward Dollars and/or a Reward Item with an outside discount such as the 54th Street survey coupon?
No. You may choose to use either a Reward, Reward dollars OR one outside discount. They may not be used together at any time.
- Can I earn a visit point when redeeming a discount other than Five Four Rewards?
As long as your guest check is equal or greater than $14.00 after applied discounts, you will still earn a visit point.
- What are the Five Four Rewards program terms and conditions?
Most of the terms and conditions are addressed in the FAQ's. However, please note that 54th Street reserves the right to discontinue this program at any time. Members would then be allowed to redeem any rewards that have already been issued. Reward Dollars and other Gift Rewards under the Five Four Rewards Program are not redeemable for cash. Rewards and offers earned but not used by you as a result of your participation will expire and will not be redeemable for cash or any other form of compensation. APP FEATURES- JOIN THE WAIT, ORDER ONLINE & FAVORITES
- How do I get on the wait list from the app before visiting the restaurant?
Select the ‘Join the Wait’ icon on the app ‘home screen.’ Enter your city & state or zip code into the locations finder bar. Select your location, then select the ‘Join the Wait,’ icon again. Enter up to six guests and add your name and phone number to the list. Note: This does not guarantee immediate seating upon arrival. This puts your name on the wait list before walk-ins and will shorten your wait time.
- How do I order food for pickup or delivery from the 54/FIVE FOUR App?
Sign in to your app with your username (most usernames are your email address) and password. Then, select the ‘Order Now,’ icon on the app ‘home screen.’ Select your 54th Street location. Build your order and review your basket. Choose your order type as ‘curbside’ or ‘delivery.’ You can apply one Reward or Reward Dollars to your order. Proceed to the ‘checkout,’ screen to process your order. Once you order is processed, your visit point will accrue as long as the total is $14.00 or above. There is no need to 'check in,' when ordering food for 'curbside,' or 'delivery,' through the app or website. For more help on ordering online, click here.
- How do i get rewarded for referring a friend?
Once you refer a friend, your friend must sign up for the Five Four Rewards Program and visit 54th Street two times. Once they visit two times, you will receive a notification that you have received $5 in reward dollars.
- How do I add an order to favorites?
Right after you place your order, on the order summary page at the very top it states 'save as favorite' and you need to enter the name of the order. You can also do so by viewing a recent order and selecting 'save as favorite' in the actions section.
- What can I do with a recent order?
Select one of your recent orders and in the order summary section you will see all detailed information. You are also able to 'order again' or 'save as favorite' in the actions section.
