Catering FAQs

1. Is Catering available at all 54th Street locations?
Yes, catering is available Mon-Fri at all locations.

2. Is catering available for both Pickup and Delivery?
Yes, catering is available for both pick-up and delivery.

3. What time will my order be ready for pick-up or delivery?
All pick-up orders need to be picked up between 11am and 11:30 am by the guest. All delivery orders can be scheduled for delivery between 11am and 12pm. This is currently the only window we have for pick-up at this time.

4. If my order is delivered, how does the delivery process work?
We have partnered with ezCater and will you will track your order through ezCater. Once you receive notification of your delivery, a professional delivery driver will bring your food into the premises and set it up for you. There will not be any warmers, chafing dishes or someone who stays to serve the food. Should you want to set up yourself, please let your delivery driver know you will not be needing their full service.

5. What is the minimum and maximum dollar amount for a catering order? The catering minimum for pick up or delivery is $150 and orders can’t exceed $800. 

6. How far in advance can I make a catering order?
You can set up a catering order up to 1 month in advance. All next day catering orders MUST be ordered by 5pm the previous day.
