Kellan Restaurant Management and the restaurant brands and affiliated entities it operates, including 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse, 54th Street Scratch Grill & Bar, and Five Four Restaurant & Drafthouse (collectively, "54th Street," "Five Four," "we," "us," or "our"), respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you visit our websites, interact with our digital services, participate in loyalty or promotional programs, place an online order, join a waitlist, apply for employment through a linked service, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

7. Five Four Rewards

If you enroll in or participate in Five Four Rewards, we process information needed to administer the program and provide its benefits. This may include contact information, account information, birthday information, restaurant visits, purchase activity, reward activity, tier status, and preferences.

We may use this information to administer the program, calculate and provide rewards and benefits, communicate with members, personalize offers, understand program engagement, prevent misuse, and improve our loyalty and guest programs. Additional program terms may apply.

8. Street Kids Birthday Club and Children's Privacy

Our general websites and digital services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13.

We offer the Street Kids Birthday Club, through which a parent or legal guardian may voluntarily provide limited information about a child so that we can administer the program and mail a birthday card or related birthday communication. The parent or legal guardian, not the child, submits the information. The program currently collects the child's first name, birthday, and mailing address, along with limited parent or guardian information used in connection with the program.

Information submitted through the Street Kids Birthday Club is maintained separately from Five Four Rewards and is not added to our general email or SMS marketing lists. We do not use information collected through the Street Kids Birthday Club for targeted advertising.

Parents or legal guardians may contact us using the information below to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with their child, subject to applicable law. We retain information associated with the program only for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the program and satisfy applicable legal or operational requirements.

9. Marketing Communications

You may unsubscribe from promotional emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. As part of the loyalty registration process, you may voluntarily opt in to receive SMS/text messages from 54th Street Restaurants and/or Five Four Rewards at the mobile number you provide. If you opt in, you agree to receive automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages, which may include information about promotional programs, rewards, offers, new menu items, and other marketing communications. Consent to receive automated marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of the SMS/text messaging program, text STOP to [SMS NUMBER]. After texting STOP, you may receive one additional message confirming that your request has been processed. For help, text HELP to [SMS NUMBER]. You may also contact us at [GUEST CONTACT EMAIL] or [GUEST CONTACT PHONE NUMBER] for additional assistance. SMS messages for the program will be sent from [SMS NUMBER] and will identify the applicable 54th Street/Five Four loyalty program. Additional SMS program terms are included in our Terms of Use.

Even after opting out of promotional communications, we may continue to send non-promotional communications relating to transactions, accounts, loyalty administration, guest-service requests, security, or other service matters.
